Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes, every product sold at The Poke Court is guaranteed 100% authentic. We source our trading cards and collectibles directly from licensed distributors and trusted partners to ensure quality and legitimacy.
How do you package orders to prevent damage?
We take pride in our 'Collector-First' shipping approach. All individual cards are placed in sleeves and top-loaders, while sealed boxes are bubble-wrapped and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with tracking provided for every shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and the potential for market fluctuation, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Once a seal is broken or a pack is opened, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Poke Court ships to select international destinations. Please check the shipping dropdown menu at checkout to see if your country is listed. Note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
